We can help you estimate this by understanding how many disposable paper towels you typically use, or by knowing your household's current paper towel usage habits.
How absorbent are GoodTowels?
GoodTowels are more absorbent than a disposable paper towel and can be easily rinsed off and rung out to be used beyond one time.
If I need more or less GoodTowels each month, can I adjust my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time, and we will adjust your billing accordingly.
What if I run out of GoodTowels before my next delivery?
From within the GoodTowel App you can instanlty order more GoodTowels and your monthly delivery will adjust accordingly.
What if have a lot of clean GoodTowels unused right before my next scheduled delivery?
From within the GoodTowel App you can push back your next GoodTowels delivery and your monthly delivery will adjust accordingly.
Can I cancel my GoodTowels account?
Yes, you can cancel by pressing the "Cancel Subscribe" button from within the "My Account" section of the app. You can also email us with the subject line "Cancel" from the email address your account is registered with.
