Millions of trees are harvested annually for paper towel production just to be tossed into the garbage. The United States alone generates millions of tons of paper towel waste annually.
GoodTowels come from the cotton plant, which will grow in a year. After a GoodTowel has lived a long life of reusable cleaning, it is recycled to start a new life as a shirt, beach towel, or maybe another GoodTowel.
We know living sustainably is important but it can often be a challenge. GoodTowel wants to help empower you to live that sustainable lifestyle, while not being held captive to it, if anything, at least not to all of the time and energy involved in the simply replacing disposable paper towels with reusable, non-paper towels. It shouldn't be so involved.
